  • ▸GrowMore Solutions — business automation, outbound infra (Apollo → Clay → Smartlead with AI personalization), and PPC/Meta ad automation agents.

  • ▸Fiction: keeps the input mix balanced — usually one fiction title alongside two non-fiction.
  • ▸Daily: Anthropic & OpenAI release notes, Latent Space, Hacker News, /r/MachineLearning

## Personal practices

  • ▸Yoga — daily morning practice. Mix of asanas, pranayama (breathwork), and a short meditation block.
  • ▸Running — 4–5x per week, mix of zone-2 (long, slow, conversational pace) and one weekly higher-intensity interval session.
  • ▸FMD — Fast Mimicking Diet — 5-day cycle quarterly. Low-calorie, plant-based, mimics fasting metabolically while allowing food intake. Following the ProLon protocol design popularized by Valter Longo's research.
