## Shipping

  • Workforce Management — the HR platform running our own operations: attendance, leave, payroll, recruitment and real-time collaboration with built-in video calling. Turborepo monorepo — Next.js web, NestJS API, Prisma on Postgres, BullMQ queues, Socket.io, LiveKit.
  • Workforce monitoring — the layer inside that platform that turns raw attendance and activity signals into timesheets and utilisation reporting a manager will actually read, for teams that never share an office.
  • Infrastructure monitoring — uptime, alerting and Prometheus/Grafana dashboards across client stacks, plus deliverability monitoring on their sending domains (SPF/DKIM/DMARC posture, inbox placement, bounce and complaint trends).
  • LegalOS — AI-native case file for Indian advocates: research PDFs with resolution-independent anchored highlights, ask the case file in plain language with page-level citations, dictate and draft filings in English and Hindi, track hearings, share with clients through a deny-by-default portal. Self-hosted — embeddings, OCR and speech run locally, and a 4-tier answer cache keeps AI cost near zero.
  • Workforce Community Edition — the free, self-hostable open-source core of that platform, published under AGPL-3.0 with prebuilt Docker images: employees and org directory, attendance, leave, payroll with payslip PDFs, onboarding, clients and invoicing, RBAC, and employee/client self-service portals. Community Edition on GitHub →
  • Web Autodialer — open-source FreeSWITCH dialer and PBX platform, MIT licensed: CSV campaigns with strictly enforced concurrency and CPS caps, DNC and opt-out suppression at both import and dial time, campaign scheduling, and a FreePBX-style admin panel with a visual call-flow builder.
  • Client GTM engagements — running the full go-to-market stack for Grow More Hitech Solutions and LawGBA: outbound infrastructure (Apollo → Clay → Smartlead with AI personalization), PPC and Meta ad automation, email deliverability, and SEO.

## Building — agentic AI for SMEs

  • The thesis: a 20-person company cannot hire a ten-person revenue-operations team, but it can run one. Every agent below is aimed at a job an SME currently does badly because nobody has the hours for it.
  • Neil AI — conversational assistant for business operations: email triage, scheduling, and client-communication workflows.
  • Autonomous SDR — MCP-based agent stack with persistent memory and tool calling, currently in alpha.
  • Lead-research agents — Apollo, Clay and LinkedIn data fused with LLM scoring for outbound qualification.
  • Ad automation agents — Google Ads and Meta: campaign generation, keyword clustering, creative variant testing, and budget reallocation against conversion data.
  • Social posting agents — multi-platform (X, LinkedIn, Meta) with brand-voice consistency, scheduling, and engagement tracking.

## Queued in the tool factory — not started

  • Voice agents on the dialer — a conversational layer over the FreeSWITCH stack I already own: outbound qualification, callback handling, and warm transfer to a human mid-call.
  • Email deliverability tool — self-serve SPF/DKIM/DMARC audit, domain warmup and inbox-placement monitoring. Productizing work I currently do by hand for every client.
  • Compliance copilot — ISO 27001 and CMMI L3 evidence collection and audit preparation for SMEs, built on thirteen years of running both as a practitioner rather than a consultant.
  • Self-hosted GTM stack — the outbound pipeline packaged as an agentic product an SME runs itself, instead of me running it as a service.

## Researching

  • GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) — getting brands cited in ChatGPT / Claude / Perplexity answers.
  • AI-native lead-gen — replacing classical scoring with embeddings + LLM reasoning.
  • Telecom + AI — voice agents over Asterisk / FreeSWITCH / Twilio for outbound qualification.
  • Multi-agent orchestration — MCP servers + tool-calling for production-grade autonomous workflows.

## Reading (always 3–4 in rotation)

  • Technical: distributed systems, ML papers, infrastructure deep-dives, agent architectures.
  • Non-fiction: business operations, founder biographies, history, behavioral economics.
  • Fiction: keeps the input mix balanced — usually one fiction title alongside two non-fiction.
  • Daily: Anthropic & OpenAI release notes, Latent Space, Hacker News, /r/MachineLearning

## Hiring

  • Senior full-stack (Next.js + Node + Postgres) for the workforce platform.
  • Outbound ops lead for a client GTM engagement — Apollo / Clay / Smartlead experience required.
  • Engineer who's shipped AI agents — MCP, tool-calling, multi-step workflows.
